Shipping Policy – Alomie Skin Care

Thank you for shopping with Alomie Skin Care. We aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible.


Shipping Partners

We ship orders across India using trusted courier partners:
Delhivery and Blue Dart.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service availability.


Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders.

  • A small COD handling fee may apply on Cash on Delivery orders (if available).


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.


Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct while placing the order.
Alomie Skin Care will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer.

If the order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer not reachable

  • Order refused at delivery

Then re-shipping charges will be applicable.


Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Unboxing video/photo proof

Without proper proof, we may not be able to process the claim.
