Return & Refund Policy – Alomie Skin Care

At Alomie, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The seal and label should be intact.

  • A clear unboxing video is required in case of a damaged, leaking, or wrong product.

  • Return requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share order ID, photos, and an unboxing video via email or WhatsApp.

  3. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be approved.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

  • If an exchange or replacement is approved, the exchange or replacement product will be dispatched within 48 hours and the product will be delivered within 4-9 business days.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.
