Return & Refund Policy – Alomie Skin Care
At Alomie, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The seal and label should be intact.

A clear unboxing video is required in case of a damaged, leaking, or wrong product.

Return requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share order ID, photos, and an unboxing video via email or WhatsApp.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be approved.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
- If an exchange or replacement is approved, the exchange or replacement product will be dispatched within 48 hours and the product will be delivered within 4-9 business days.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.
